Quality collapses?

Ah - there is the dilemma! What I thought was interesting/funny about this clip was that it highlighted how media may have felt they owned the audience - "our audience", "our subscribers". I also liked how they showed classic mass advertising saying "we learned to shape their habits and mold their desires".
Quality is definitely an issue as is the deluge of content no mortal could ever get through in a life time!
BUT... I hope no one still thinks they own an audience or are dictating their habits and desires. They're putting things out there, promoting them as best they can, and then seeing what works! The customer has lots of choices!!!

Yep. The huge present opportunity is in aggregation of this "deluge of content" Ann mentions.
